All items are crafted in our family-owned studio in Transylvania, in small batches, using certified European linen. This approach allows us to control the whole making process and quality, while avoiding overproduction and waste. Our facility has achieved an A rating for social standards, in an independent audit based on the BSCI Code of Conduct.

Orders can only be placed through our website (no phone or email). You don’t need to register to shop at sheslinen.com, though creating an account allows you to track current and past orders.

All items require 2-4 working days for finishing touches before shipping, as part of our responsible making process. To this, you should add the delivery times: 1-2 working days for Romania and up to 7 working days for Europe.

Please email us at hello@sheslinen.com and we’ll provide instructions on where to send your package. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in their original condition. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. Also, please note that the original shipping costs won’t be refunded and that customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color if available. For a different style, kindly place a new order on our website. The return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Customized products are not eligible for exchanges.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. The exact timing may vary depending on your card issuer. Please note that original shipping costs won’t be refunded.

We choose not to offer discounts. Instead, we provide fair prices year-round that reflect our commitment to skilled craftsmanship and responsible production, from field to closet. Occasionally, we offer samples and imperfect items at reduced prices.
