Make Your Item Unique
Since most of our pieces are crafted individually, we are happy to make any of the following changes for you.
• Making the item in another colour available.
• Replacing the coconut buttons with natural shell buttons.
• Making the item shorter or longer.
• Making the sleeves shorter or longer, when possible.
• Moving the waist seam higher or lower.
• Adjusting the neckline.
• Moving the back buttons to the front or the reverse.
• Making a combination of two sizes.
• Adjusting the bust, waistline, and/or hip (small changes up to one size).
To order a customized product, here are the steps we kindly ask you to follow:
• Please contact us directly at hello@sheslinen.com to make sure we can offer the specific service you need. You should let us know what kind of adjustments you want and also your height, bust, waist, and hip measurements.
• Our Customer Service will let you know if we can make the adjustments and how much they cost. There is a fee for each type of customization we offer. The only exceptions are producing the item in a different colour or replacing the buttons, which are free of charge.
• When placing the order, you will need to mention the changes in the field Order Notes from the Checkout Page and add the extra cost to the bag, as discussed with our Customer Service. Please note that for each customized product you order, there will be a distinct fee.
• Kindly note that customized pieces can only be paid for by Credit Card when placing the Order. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
