This Website is operated by Stil Aura, a Romanian company, with a registered office on 44 Bucuresti Blvd, Baia Mare, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J24/425/1999, with the intra-community VAT no. RO 12129190, hereinafter referred to as “She’s Linen” or “we.”
The Terms and Conditions detailed below apply to all orders placed with She’s Linen. Please make sure you have read and understood them before using our Website. Placing an order on our Website implies you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates or changes to our Website. We, therefore, recommend that you check this page each time before placing an order.
Most of the products listed on our Website are Made to Order, and the making can take up to 6 weeks, depending on the number of orders we are processing. The Estimated Shipping Date is shown on the Add-to-bag button and normally we ship on that day. To this you should add the shipping time of 1-3 working days, depending on destination.
Since most of our items are crafted individually, we are happy to make some small changes for you whenever possible. You can read more about it here. Kindly note that customized pieces can only be paid for by Credit Card when placing the Order. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours after submission by sending us an email at email@example.com.
Orders paid for with cash on delivery become valid only after direct confirmation with our Customer Service via email. Normally, you may expect us to contact you within 24-48 hours.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If we are unable to process your order for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund the applicable amount.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Maestro. Payment is secured by our partner MobilPay, known for the demanding payment security solutions offered. Such payment shall be made on a redirected page and secured by MobilPay. The completion of your data is safe, so sheslinen.com does not have access to your bank account details.
Paying with cash on delivery is possible only in Romania, for products that are not customized.
We deliver everywhere in Europe. Deliveries are carried out by DHL Express (internationally) or Fan Courier (within Romania), Monday to Friday. The delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, being specified that deliveries cannot be made either to hotels or P.O. boxes.
Following the email confirmation that your order was dispatched, shipping normally takes:
Within ROMANIA: 1-2 working days
Within EUROPE: 1-3 working days
Shipping is free for orders over 590 lei in Romania and orders over 350 EUR in Europe.
All other orders are subject to a shipping fee. The shipping fee differs from 3.5 EUR to 32 EUR, depending on the destination and the size and weight of the package. Shipping fees are not included in the price and will be added to your order during the check-out process before the purchase. If you choose to pay with cash on delivery, which is an option only for Romania, a cash reimbursement fee will be added to your transportation cost.
Please make sure to provide accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address. We do not take responsibility for incorrect shipping information.
Within the European Union, no duties or taxes will apply. Certain countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional taxes and duties upon reception, which will rest with the customer. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information before placing your order.
If you are not fully satisfied with a product and would like to return it, please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Returns received outside this time frame are not to be accepted. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). We can, however, assist you in the process, by sending the courier to your door, at your request.
Items returned must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item(s) returned are not in original condition. Please note that customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
The refund will be issued to the credit card used for the order, within 14 days after receiving your returned articles. If the payment was made in cash, we will need a bank account number and the account holder’s name.
Lost or damaged packages will not be refunded.
Please note that shipping costs and international customs taxes and duties will not be refunded.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been refunded.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Since each item is made to order, if you would like to receive a different size, style, or colour, you should place a new order.
Our liability concerning any product acquired on our Website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product. We will not be liable for any type of indirect or accidental prejudice, regardless of its origin.
Whilst we are taking the greatest care in the presentation of our products, please consider that some inaccuracies or typographical errors may appear on the Website at times.
We cannot guarantee that the colours of the products on our Website will be true to life. This depends partly on the colour settings of your monitor and computer.
We will seek an amicable solution for any conflict that might arise between She’s Linen and its customers. However, if this is not possible, the litigation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
